The Teravista™ community has the best places to build lasting connections with family and friends alike. It’s a superior life with something for every one of your moods: your active side keeps busy at the pools or with friends, while your easy side is happy relaxing at home or playing a round of golf.  Enjoy even more options at the new Wildflower Park, featuring a second fitness center, our third pool complex, gathering room, pavilion and more.  It’s a lifestyle you’ve earned; enjoy it!

Health (1).jpg

World-class healthcare is literally across the street.

The exceptional Scott & White Hospital and Seton Medical Center Williamson are located right next to Teravista, providing excellent and accessible medical care (as well as hundreds of jobs).

Their presence is prompting additional medical-related facilities to open nearby. In 2013, the Teravista community welcomed Bel Air at Teravista, a brand-new skilled nursing and rehabilitation center that works to get patients of all ages back to their normal lives as quickly as possible following a hospital stay.
